We have to let you in on something you’ll quickly discover if you adopt Douglas, he’s currently going through a phase where he’s putting on a terrible American accent. You see, Douglas has just discovered Yogi Bear and his adventures in Jellystone Park. He’s been wandering around the adoption centre trying to perfect the line: “I hope there’s some chicken in that picnic basket.” As long as you’re happy to indulge his new (slightly obsessive) Yogi Bear phase, Douglas would make a wonderful companion. But don’t worry too much, just last week he was obsessed with the Care Bears, so chances are this phase won’t last forever!
